How we treat Relationship & Anger Issues
Couple and family counselling, individual anger-management therapy and emotion-regulation skills, with calming mind-body practices to support the work.
Recurring conflict and anger that feels hard to control usually follow patterns that can be learned and changed. We start by understanding what sets off the conflict or anger, how it plays out, and whether stress, mood or past experiences add to it. Couple and family therapy works on communication and conflict resolution together, while individual therapy, CBT and DBT-based skills help with recognising triggers and calming down before things escalate. Pre-marital counselling is available for couples who want to build these skills early, and yoga and mind-body practices support day-to-day regulation.

What your plan can include
Not every patient receives every therapy below. Your plan is built from these options after assessment, based on what is clinically appropriate for you.
Therapy & rehabilitation
Structured, goal-based therapy sessions that build skills and function week by week.
Ayurveda & integrative care
Ayurvedic and integrative therapies layered onto the plan as support, never as a substitute for necessary medical care.
