Legal & policies
Privacy Policy
Brain Bridge ("we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to this website. This site is an informational landing site: it does not process bookings, store appointments, or hold patient/clinical records. This policy explains what little information the site does handle, and how.
Information we collect
This public website does not collect any personal data by default — there is no tracking, no account system, and no database behind it. The only information ever received is what you actively choose to share via our contact form (name, email, phone, preferred language, enquiry type, and your message) or by messaging us directly on WhatsApp. We never ask for, and you should never send us, medical history, reports, prescriptions, or appointment details through this website.
Cookies & analytics
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Only cookies strictly required for the site to function (if any) are used. If that changes, this section will be updated in advance to disclose what is added and why.
Third-party links
The "Message on WhatsApp" option on this site opens a chat in WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta and governed by Meta's own privacy policy, not ours. We only see messages you choose to send us there.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries you submit
- To route referrer or partner communications appropriately
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
Data retention
Enquiry messages are retained only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your enquiry, then deleted. We do not build marketing lists from contact-form submissions.
Booking & clinical records
All appointment booking and clinical/medical records are handled entirely outside this website, through our eClinicalWorks platform, governed by its own privacy notice presented at the point of booking. This public website never stores, transmits to itself, or has access to appointment or patient records.
Your rights & grievance officer
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have shared with us via this site. To make a request or raise a concern, contact our Grievance Officer at support@brainbridgeclinic.com.
Terms of Use
By using this website, you agree to these terms. This site provides general information about Brain Bridge's services and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Use of content
Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes. It may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
No clinical relationship
Browsing this website, or submitting an enquiry or appointment request, does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins only once a formal assessment is booked and conducted.
Limitation of liability
Brain Bridge is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general information published on this site. Always seek individualized advice from a qualified specialist.
Medical Disclaimer
The information on this website, including content about care areas, conditions, and programs, is general in nature and evidence-bounded. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or guarantee any outcome.
Individualized care
All care at Brain Bridge is individualized. Outcomes vary between patients, and no specific result can be promised in advance of a clinical assessment.
Scope of services
Only services that are actively launched and clinically approved are offered. Any neuromodulation-related content describes scope and eligibility discussion, not a guaranteed course of treatment.
Emergencies
Brain Bridge is an outpatient clinic and does not provide emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 112 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately.
Accessibility Statement
Brain Bridge is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including patients using assistive technology.
