How we treat Anxiety
CBT and exposure-based therapy at the core, with psychiatric care, biofeedback and calming Ayurvedic and mind-body practices built around it.
Anxiety responds well to structure. Cognitive behavioural therapy and graded exposure help you change the cycle of worry and avoidance, while psychiatric review decides whether medication should support that work. Because anxiety lives in the body as much as the mind, we also train physical regulation with biofeedback and breath-led practices, and offer Ayurvedic therapies such as Shirodhara and yoga as supportive calming care.

What your plan can include
Not every patient receives every therapy below. Your plan is built from these options after assessment, based on what is clinically appropriate for you.
Ayurveda & integrative care
Ayurvedic and integrative therapies layered onto the plan as support, never as a substitute for necessary medical care.
Therapy & rehabilitation
Structured, goal-based therapy sessions that build skills and function week by week.
Neuromodulation & brain technology
Non-invasive brain and nerve stimulation, used only where clinically indicated and within approved uses.
