How we treat Insomnia
Sleep studies where needed, a structured sleep programme, CES, and classical Ayurvedic therapies like Shirodhara and Nasya, coordinated around your sleep.
Poor sleep is often a symptom of something else, such as sleep apnoea, pain, anxiety or depression. We first find out why you are not sleeping, using a sleep study when breathing problems are suspected. A structured sleep programme then rebuilds your sleep routine and habits, with cranial electrotherapy stimulation as an option for sleep linked to anxiety. Ayurvedic therapies such as Shirodhara and Nasya, and herbal or homeopathic support, are offered as calming layers within the plan.

Ayurveda & integrative care
Ayurvedic and integrative therapies layered onto the plan as support, never as a substitute for necessary medical care.
Medical care & diagnostics
Specialist-led medical management and the tests that tell us what is actually driving symptoms.
Therapy & rehabilitation
Structured, goal-based therapy sessions that build skills and function week by week.
Neuromodulation & brain technology
Non-invasive brain and nerve stimulation, used only where clinically indicated and within approved uses.
