How we treat De-addiction
Medically supervised withdrawal, structured counselling, relapse-prevention planning and family support, with mind-body care to steady recovery.
Dependence on alcohol, medication or other substances affects the body, the mind and the people around you, so recovery has to work on all three. A psychiatric assessment looks at the substance, severity, physical health and any co-occurring depression or anxiety. Where needed, withdrawal is managed medically and safely. Counselling, CBT and group work then build the skills to stay well, a written relapse-prevention plan prepares you for high-risk moments, and families are involved so home supports the change. Yoga and mind-body practices are added to help with cravings, stress and sleep.

What your plan can include
Not every patient receives every therapy below. Your plan is built from these options after assessment, based on what is clinically appropriate for you.
Therapy & rehabilitation
Structured, goal-based therapy sessions that build skills and function week by week.
Ayurveda & integrative care
Ayurvedic and integrative therapies layered onto the plan as support, never as a substitute for necessary medical care.
Medical care & diagnostics
Specialist-led medical management and the tests that tell us what is actually driving symptoms.
