How we treat Chronic Pain
Physiotherapy-led rehabilitation, targeted injections, nerve and brain stimulation, and Ayurvedic and yoga-based support, coordinated as one programme.
Long-standing pain involves the nerves, the brain's pain processing, sleep, mood and movement, not only the original injury. We assess all of these, look for treatable root causes with lab work where useful, and then combine active rehabilitation with targeted relief: trigger point injections or dry needling, TENS and microcurrent therapy, and rTMS or photobiomodulation where indicated. Yoga, acupuncture and Ayurvedic herbal support are added to help the body recover.

What your plan can include
Not every patient receives every therapy below. Your plan is built from these options after assessment, based on what is clinically appropriate for you.
Neuromodulation & brain technology
Non-invasive brain and nerve stimulation, used only where clinically indicated and within approved uses.
Therapy & rehabilitation
Structured, goal-based therapy sessions that build skills and function week by week.
Ayurveda & integrative care
Ayurvedic and integrative therapies layered onto the plan as support, never as a substitute for necessary medical care.
Medical care & diagnostics
Specialist-led medical management and the tests that tell us what is actually driving symptoms.
