How we treat Bipolar & OCD
Accurate psychiatric diagnosis, long-term medication management, exposure-based therapy for OCD and mood-stabilising routines for bipolar disorder, in one plan.
Bipolar disorder and OCD are different conditions, but both depend on getting the diagnosis right and sticking with a long-term plan. For bipolar disorder, care is medication-led: a psychiatrist sets and reviews mood-stabilising treatment, while psychoeducation and therapy help you spot early warning signs and keep sleep and routine steady. For OCD, exposure and response prevention is the first-line therapy, supported by CBT and medication where needed. For OCD that has not responded to standard care, rTMS may be considered.

Relapse planning | Symptoms are tracked over time, with a written plan for handling early signs of relapse. | None at this step |
What your plan can include
Not every patient receives every therapy below. Your plan is built from these options after assessment, based on what is clinically appropriate for you.
Therapy & rehabilitation
Structured, goal-based therapy sessions that build skills and function week by week.
Medical care & diagnostics
Specialist-led medical management and the tests that tell us what is actually driving symptoms.
Ayurveda & integrative care
Ayurvedic and integrative therapies layered onto the plan as support, never as a substitute for necessary medical care.
Neuromodulation & brain technology
Considered for OCD that has not responded adequately to therapy and medication.
