How we treat ADHD
Behaviour therapy, parent training, social skills work and neurofeedback, with gut-health and diet support, coordinated between home and school.
ADHD is managed best when home, school and clinic pull in the same direction. After an assessment that separates ADHD from overlapping conditions, we combine behaviour therapy for the child or adult, parent training so routines at home support the work, and social skills practice where relationships are affected. Neurofeedback is available as a brain-training option, and gut-health and elimination-diet protocols are explored when the history suggests diet plays a role.

What your plan can include
Not every patient receives every therapy below. Your plan is built from these options after assessment, based on what is clinically appropriate for you.
Therapy & rehabilitation
Structured, goal-based therapy sessions that build skills and function week by week.
Ayurveda & integrative care
Ayurvedic and integrative therapies layered onto the plan as support, never as a substitute for necessary medical care.
Medical care & diagnostics
Specialist-led medical management and the tests that tell us what is actually driving symptoms.
Neuromodulation & brain technology
Non-invasive brain and nerve stimulation, used only where clinically indicated and within approved uses.
